Shipping:
We ship to most addresses in Canada and the USA. Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions and might not be eligible for international delivery. When you place an order, we will estimate your shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping method selected.
Our shipping rates are weight-based, and each item's weight is displayed on its detail page. Shipping companies typically round up weights to the next full pound, as per their policies.
Tentative Shipping Costs:
- Per item in Canada: 10.99 CAD
- Per item in the USA: 7.99 USD
- An additional $2 will be charged for each additional item added to the order.
Return Policy:
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Return Guidelines:
- Items can only be returned if they are unopened and in good condition.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. In such cases, the supplier will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–9 business days after we receive the returned item.
